QUALIFYING CRITERIA TO EARN BONANZA REWARD POINTS AND CASH REDEMPTION

To qualify for Bonanza Reward Points and Cash Redemption, IRs must meet the following criteria within the Incentive Programme (BONANZA With A BANG!) Period effective from Saturday 29 October 2011, 00:01 local time until Friday, 27 January 2012, 23:59 local time.
  1. IRs who generate one thousand (1,000) Business Volumes (VV), either through selling a product to a retail customer OR through making a personal purchase of any consumable/durable products will earn 10 Bonanza Reward Points
  2. IRs acquiring one (1) NEW Qualified Direct Referral will earn 10 Bonanza Reward Points.
  3. IRs acquiring one (1) NEW Activated Direct Referral will earn 20 Bonanza Reward Points.
  4. IRs acquiring ten (10) Qualified Direct Referrals are entitled to an additional Bonus equivalent to 30 Bonanza Reward Points.
  5. IRs acquiring five (5) Activated Direct Referrals are entitled to an additional Bonus equivalent to 50 Bonanza Reward Points.
  6. For every purchase worth USD 90 of any Non-BV products, IRs will earn two (2) Bonanza Reward Points.
  7. Direct Referrals’ Qualification and Activation must be based on a Purchase or Retail Sale of a product with 1000 BV.
  8. Self-Activation is allowed and will be counted only as 1 Activated IR, regardless of the number of BVs the IR will purchase or sell.
  9. All new Direct Referrals must Enrol, Qualify and Activate within the Incentive Programme period.
    • Enrol means completing the Membership/Registration process and receiving a confirmation.
    • Qualify means allocating 1000 BVs a TC.
    • Activate means one of the following:
      1. having at least one (1) Qualified Direct Referral (with 1000 BVs) placed on each Leg of his/her Primary TC (001), his/her Secondary TC (002), or his/her Secondary TC (003); or
      2. having his/her Secondary TCs (002) and (003) both Qualified. However, an IR is only Activated after s/he qualifies at least his/her Primary TC. All Qualified Direct Referrals placed by him/her before his/her qualifying any of his/her TCs shall be disregarded for the purpose of his/her Activation.
  1. IRs who Enrolled previously are eligible, if they Qualify and Activate within the Incentive Programme period.
  2. IRs can earn Bonanza Reward Points from their existing registered Direct Referrals, if they Qualify and Activate during the Incentive Programme period.
  3. Only World, Qplus, QNet Malaysia, QuestNet India, and Qnet Promosyon IRs are eligible for this Incentive Programme. Pay-out will be paid in USD in the World Plan, and in respective local currency for Local Plans.
  4. IRs are able to undertake any activities listed to earn Bonanza Reward Points.
  5. There is no MAXIMUM NUMBER of Bonanza Reward Points to be accumulated, which means IRs can earn as many Bonanza Reward Points as they can during the Incentive Programme period.
  6. Availability of Products may vary per country.
  7. The Early Bird Period and related Bonuses is effective from Saturday 29 October 2011, 00:01 HKST until Friday 23 December 2011, 23:59 local time.
  8. To qualify for the Early Bird Bonus, IRs must: generate one thousand (1,000) Business Volumes (BV), either through selling a product to a Retail Customer OR making a Personal Purchase of any consumable/durable products within the Early Bird period.
  9. During the Early Bird Period, Qualifying IRs can redeem for every 50 Bonanza Reward Points or 100 Bonanza Reward Points earned, in exchange to MYR 165 or MYR 330 respectively compared to the regular period.
  10. During the Early Bird Period, the auto-redemption of Bonanza Reward Points applies as follows: if an IR earns 60 Bonanza Reward Points, 50 Bonanza Reward Points can be redeemed at MYR 660 (MYR 495 RPR + MYR 165 EBB), and the remaining 10 Bonanza Reward Points will be carried forward to the final calculation at the end of the Incentive Programme period.
  11. The Early Bird cash redemption will be credited to the IR’s Quest Account two weeks after the end of the Early Bird period. All Bonanza Reward Points accumulated during the non-Early Bird period will be converted to cash and credited to the IR’s Quest Account on the 20 February 2012.
  1. The Bonanza Reward Points will be reflected in the IR’s Virtual Office (VO) on a weekly basis, i.e. Bonanza Reward Points accumulated from the current week will be reflected on the following week.
  2. QNet reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions without giving prior notice.
  3. Duplication of TCs is NOT allowed and this will lead to forfeiture of an IR’s reward points
  4. Change of referrer of direct referrals is not allowed. The new referrer will be disqualified of earning the reward points
  5. Activation of Direct Referrals / 2nd level referrals involving BV reallocation, BV transfer and rectification of retail purchase BV is NOT allowed.
  6. Activation of Direct Referrals/ 2nd level referrals involving placement change is NOT allowed.
  7. Generating BV from BV transfer / rectification of retail purchase BV is NOT allowed.
  8. Calculation of pay-out is always based on the final reward points achieved by the earner.

QNet at the Asia E-Commerce Conference in Kuala Lumpur




QNet believes that going global is an essential way to go forward in the e-commerce business. Recently, QNet joined forces with leading e-commerce specialists to bring the Asia E-Commerce Conference 2011 to Kuala Lumpur. The conference, held on the 4th and 5th of October at the Gardens Hotel, was a leading platform to discuss the future development of e-commerce in Asia.
The event brought together speakers from the renowned FORBES 500 companies and offered a wide range of topics. QNet, as the silver sponsor of the conference, was given the topic entitled “Challenges and Solutions of International E-Commerce Product Fulfilment”.
Making his presentation to an audience comprising of both the public and private sectors, QNet’s Chief Operations Officer, Dave Osh, highlighted seven challenges faced by the e-commerce business and at the same time provided the solutions to overcome them.
The 7 challenges are Global Shipping and the lack of supply chain integration, Duties & Tariffs that surprise customers when they receive the products, Product Restrictions causing customs to confiscate products that are not registered especially food and supplements , Currency Restrictions where countries limit the amount consumers can import products and restriction on payment gateways, Returns and Chargebacks, Poor Customer Service and No Product Service at Destination – example the risk of drop-shipment services.
Dave proposed seven solutions to the above challenges which were Courier Integration, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), Foreign Legal Entities, Regional Communities, Multiple Payment Solutions, Ecommerce Integration with ERP and Ecommerce Integration with CRM.
Dave’s message to the conference: “Don’t be afraid of going global as it provides opportunity to do business way beyond your small jurisdiction. Grow your business internationally with physical products.”
He also pointed out that it was wrong to assume that e-commerce transactions is only via credit card, noting “we want to sell also to people that don’t have credit card. The solution for this is e-wallet as companies have proven to sell more via e-wallet than credit card.
“Asian businesses must embrace new technology or face an uphill struggle in an increasingly competitive global economic environment. E-commerce is becoming an essential tool for businesses to open up new markets and to reach out to new customers as well as boost all-round profitability,” added Dave

5 Tips Untuk Menjadi Usahawan Yang Berjaya



Semua org boleh menjadi seorang usahawan, tetapi tanpa strategi yang betul, tidak semua orang boleh menjadi usahawan yang berjaya. Oleh itu, diruangan ini saya ingin berkongsi 5 tips untuk menjadi usahawan yang berjaya.

1) Pendidik dan penyelidik

Seorang usahawan yang berjaya perlulah bijak memainkan peranan sebagai seorang pendidik dan penyelidik. Disini, menjadi penyelidik bukanlah bererti usahawan akan melakukan penyelidikan akademik, dan menjadi pendidik bukanlah bererti mereka perlu mengajar atau bijak bersyarah kepada orang ramai. Sebaliknya, usahawan yang menjadi penyelidik perlulah sentiasa mencari informasi berkaitan latar belakang pelanggan, keinginan dan kehendak terkini pelanggannya.
Sebagai seorang pendidik pula, usahawan perlulah berkongsi segala informasi terkini berkaitan produk yang dijual kepada para pelangan mereka. Dengan berkongsi informasi terkini tersebut, para pelanggan akan lebih mengetahui perkembangan berkaitan pemasaran produk tersebut. Ini akan membuatkan para pelanggan berpuas hati dengan produk yang mereka beli daripada usahawan terbabit.

2) Inovatif dan Kreatif

Seorang usahawan perlulah inovatif dan kreatif dalam menjalankan perniagaannya. Seorang usahawan mungkin menjual satu atau beberapa jenis produk sahaja, tetapi usahawan tersebut perlulah inovatif dan kreatif dalam menjual produk mereka. Dengan menjual satu produk sahaja pun, seorang usahawan yang inovatif dan kreatif boleh memenuhi pelbagai keinginan dan kehendak pelbagai jenis pelanggan mereka.
Sebagai contoh, Ali hanya menjual servis membuat website kepada para pelanggannya. Bagi mendapatkan jumlah pelanggan yang lebih ramai, Ali telah membuat website yang memenuhi keinginan dan kehendak para pelanggannya. Dikalangan para pelanggan Ali, ada yang memerlukan website sebagai sumber informasi perniagaan mereka sahaja (terutamanya bagi pelanggan yang menjalankan perniagaan dengan peruncit dan pemborong). Ada juga para pelanggan Ali yang menjalankan perniagaan dengan konsumer, yang memerlukanwebsite bukan sekadar sebagai sumber informasi sahaja, tetapi juga bagi menjalankan transaksi jual beli melalui atas talian (online).
Disini kita boleh lihat bahawa, Ali hanya menjual satu servis sahaja iaitu servis membuat website, tetapi dengan bakat inovatif dan kreatif yang ada padanya, Ali mampu mempelbagaikan servisnya untuk memenuhi keinginan dan kehendak pelbagai jenis pelanggannya.

3) Bijak mencari peluang

Seorang usahawan yang berjaya akan dapat mengesan masalah yang dihadapi oleh bakal pelanggannya. Dari situ, mereka akan memperkenalkan solusi yang akan menyelesaikan masalah bakal pelanggannya. Sebagai contoh, Ahmad mendapati kebanyakan kanak-kanak di Asia dikesan mengalami penyakit obes berpunca daripada pengambilan makanan yang tidak berkhasiat. Oleh itu, sebagai seorang usahawan, Ahmad akan memperkenalkan e-book berkaitan cara-cara penyediaan makanan sihat kepada kanak-kanak dan pengiraan kalori dan zat dalam setiap pemakanan bagi kanak-kanak tersebut.

4) Pengurus

Seorang usahawan yang berjaya adalah seorang yang bijak mengurus diri sendiri. Mereka tahu mendisiplinkan diri, mengurus masa dan kerjaya dengan bijak tanpa perlu diatur atau bergantung kepada sesiapa pun dalam urusan pengurusan diri sendiri. Sebagai contoh, seseorang usahawan yang mempunyai perjumpaan dengan klien pada jam 10am, selalunya akan tiba beberapa minit lebih awal, atau setidaknya pun, akan tiba di lokasi yang dijanjikan dengan kliennya tepat jam 10am, tetapi bukannya selepas jam 10am tersebut. Ini menunjukkan keseriusan komitmen mereka terhadap perniagaan dank lien mereka.

5) Pakar psikologi

Seorang usahawan yang berjaya juga merupakan pakar psikologi, yang dapat memahami bagaimanakah caranya seseorang pelanggan itu berfikir dan bertindak dalam membeli sesuatu produk. Usahawan yang berjaya akan dapat memahami siapakah yang mempengaruhi pelanggan dalam membeli produk tersebut, dan seterusnya menggunakan pengetahuannya itu untuk mempengaruhi pelanggannya membeli produk mereka. Sebagai contoh, seorang isteri yang mempunyai masalah berat badan, berkemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh suaminya untuk membeli produk pelangsingan badan supaya isteri tersebut kelihatan cantik dan langsing dimata suaminya. Oleh itu, usahawan tersebut boleh menggunakan informasi tersebut untuk mempromisikan produknya kepada kaum isteri dengan menekankan bahawa ‘seorang isteri perlu kelihatan cantik dimata suaminya’.
Secara kesimpulannya, semua insan di mukabumi ini boleh menjadi usahawan, tetapi tidak semua insan akan menjadi usahawan yang berjaya. Oleh itu, tip-tip yang dikongsikan disini perlu dipraktikkan untuk menjadi seorang usahawan yang berjaya. Oleh itu, selamat mencuba tip-tip ini ya!
